Company Profile
ROI International, Inc. was founded in 1993 by Marc and Margo Goyette to address a perceived imbalance between the supply of successful firms in the executive search industry who could consistently provide high impact candidates and the rising demand for those candidates.

Recruiting Services has become a significant "Capital Expense" for many technology based companies, and we believed many well-known firms did not justify the service charges they received from their clients. Therefore, we embarked on a quest to develop a superior process and assemble a team of great recruiters who could identify and place candidates, while consistently outperforming their peers. By exceeding this goal, we add real measurable value to the search process and provide our clients with above average returns on their investment in people.
